Written, directed and performed by Alex Vlahov
This new play explores the homicide of the author's high-school priest, fused with verbatim interviews and passages from Raymond Chandler's essay, "The Simple Art of Murder," to create a lyrical meditation on fact vs. fiction. In the vein of long-form narrative and oral tradition, the story is told over battery-operated, analog musical devices akin to a campfire deep in the California woods.
