The Space Between: Some Intergenerational Sharing is a collection of pieces created by an ensemble of intergenerational artists that have been convening for the last five years. The goal has been to explore areas of commonality and difference. What can a Boomer learn from a Millenial? What stories from Gen X resonate with Gen Z? Are generational divisions rooted in deeply held beliefs and inevitable gaps of commonality? Or are the lines that divide us into age groups more arbitrary and plastic? Establishing communication and understanding between generations is paramount to the preservation and progress of our society.
This workshop includes a collage of short plays, monologues, music, and movement that invites us to reflect on the space between each generation, and how to bridge the gap.

Please note that this performance will be presented at the Tank's in-person performance space at 312 W 36th St. All attendees and artists will be required to have a covid vaccination before being admitted to the space. Patrons will also be required to wear masks, when not eating or drinking.
