THE BOX OFFICE
Mar 11 at 3:00 PM
THE BOX OFFICE follows the story of the Box Office Assistant on opening night of the opera after the recent death of her stepfather. While juggling workplace stress and absurd customer service demands, the Box Office Assistant is faced with a choice to attend her stepfather's funeral or stay behind in the Box Office. By clashing perspectives and experiences of love, loss, and grief with the mundane tasks and responsibilities of customer service, THE BOX OFFICE explores the question: Who is allowed to grieve, and for whom and what?
CW: Grief and Loss, Terminal cancer
