Description

The Linda Moon School for Troubled Boys has been allowing the abuse of children for what seems like an eternity. When MATTHEW WOLF, a successful novelist and former student of Moon School, returns to write something that will expose the evils that occur there, he finds something more disturbing than he expected: himself, as a child, currently attending the school, alongside his childhood best friend, CHARLIE, who died years ago. Wolfy, trapped in some strange, traumatic time loop, must looks his past in the face, literally.

With the help of BEATRICE, a mysterious woman who seems unbound by space and time and GRACE, the last remaining staff member to choose kindness and empathy, Wolfy faces off against LINDA, the elderly tyrant who runs the school, and BRUNO, her employee and self-appointed guardian of the school.

Who will come out on top: the traumatized, or the traumatizers? And, if you dig a little deeper, is there even a difference between the two?

Inspired by the real life boarding school experiences of writer/composer Victor Jones, supplemented by their bizarre imagination, MOON SCHOOL rides the line between absurdist comedy and genuinely heartbreaking tragedy.

Keep your eyes open. The Scorpion is on the prowl.

Please Note: Moon School contains emotional abuse and discussion of teenage suicide and mental health that some my find difficult or triggering.
