2000’s suburbia. A sheltered ex-christian. Some very hungry rocker chicks. Alex gets drawn into the orbit of a local all-girl punk band and their dangerously charismatic lead singer Julie. As Alex’s eyes and ears are opened to this cutthroat new world, she uncovers the band’s dark secret and finds herself falling into their gory ways. Inspired by camp horror classics such as Ginger Snaps and Jennifer’s Body, this new play-with-music will be presented as a developmental reading in The Tank’s LimeFest 2025.
