HORROR BEGINS AT HOME.

Haunted prodigal playwright Sloane and their botanist husband Gwyn are due to settle the estate of Sloane's ailing grandmother. When Gwyn's childhood friend Beckham arrives to help the couple bury the hatchet, they soon discover there may be more to the dusty old house, and to Sloane's twisted past, hidden beneath the foundation.

A terrifying evening of harrowing trans horror, the haunted house transforms into tragicomic depravity.

Ivories runs 90 minutes, no intermission. This production is performed in the round, with onstage seating available. Actors utilize the entire space, please be advised about the close proximity to performers.

Content Warnings: Discussions of animal & child abuse, religion, depictions of blood, gore, panic attacks, and assault. Loud sound design & low lighting levels may not be advised for those with eye or ear sensitivities. There are live effects of falling sand, garden dirt, and stage blood. Please be advised if you sit onstage, there may be close proximity to the effects.

*Please note that this performance will be presented at the Tank's in-person performance space at 312 W 36th St. All attendees and artists will be required to have a covid vaccination before being admitted to the space. Patrons will also be required to wear masks, when not eating or drinking.
