Quinn and Leonard Sumner are married, live in a cultured house, and are both respected
members of society. But like all married couples, they have their fair share of problems. Quinn is an actress cast into a play where she must “make love” with another man. Leonard is jealous and as if to get back at her, has been cheating on Quinn with Amy. And to make matters worse, two thieves break into their house to steal all their art.
What issues is a farce that calls into question the nature of love, of art, and perhaps, of
reality. Love is lost, love is found, truths are revealed, personas are shed and put on, and through it all, there are many laughs to be had.
