The Bear Family is known for two things: they never take off their bear suits, and they’re even wilder beneath the fur. When Emmy returns home to Tennessee to protect their grandmother from a predatory Bear, Emmy must confront a long history of abuse, their own complicity in a never ending cycle of trauma, and a conniving nemesis who always seems bearly beyond Emmy’s reach.
