Written and Performed by James Christy Jr.
Directed by James Christy Sr.
In this show you’ll accompany award-winning playwright James Christy Jr. on his journey towards greater self-awareness through mindfulness meditation. Spoiler alert: he will fail. Through regressive meditation sessions, stories of his romantic mishaps and parenting deficiencies, Christy shows how his inability to live in the moment have defined the key moments of his life. If you’ve ever tried to meditate and found your mind wandering, you may see yourself in James’ journey. It might not be pretty, but it will be funny.
50% of ticket sales of Not Right Now will benefit Princeton Mutual Aid.
