(No) Refunds: Red, White, and Blonde
Thursday, July 9 @ 7:00pm | Friday, July 10 @ 9:30pm | Saturday, July 11 @ 9:30pm
Creator: Katy Murphy
Producer: Olivia Winn
Director: Kelsey Robins
(No) Refunds is an interactive gameshow-play hosted by the dazzling, delightful, and only occasionally dastardly Tiffany Gold, an old-school American gameshow host and model presenter all-in-one – who quite literally depends on your entertainment. One premium ticket holder, dubbed the “Star Player” for the evening, will compete in three games designed to amuse the audience and showcase their talents. Only those best-suited to handle the demands of STARDOM will walk away with a full refund. Do you have what it takes?
(No) Refunds is a play about the real-world costs of being a working artist in our contemporary world, disguised as the most fun you’ve ever had at the theatre. (No) Refunds has been made possible in part due to the fiscal sponsorship of Theaterlab.

Katy Murphy (Creator, Tiffany Gold)
Katy Murphy is a performance artist creating theatrical experiences that defy easy categorization. Critics have praised her "star power" (Adrian Dimanlig) and "nimble improvisation" (Lamesha Ruddock), but Helen Shaw’s description of her as "caffeinated" is the most objectively accurate. She created and stars in (No) Refunds, an interactive gameshow play that premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe last summer. Her work has also been produced by Theaterlab, Candle House Collective, Brooklyn Comedy Collective, Northwestern University, Shakespeare on the Sound, and the Catherine Lindsey Actors/Playwrights Workshop. Offstage, she is a professional voiceover artist represented by Grossman & Jack Talent and a barre teacher at Pure Barre NYC. katy-murphy.com (http://katy-murphy.com/)
