The Skeleton Rep(resents) is back at The Tank for a third installment of our reimagined evening of shorts, "EXPLORE MODERN MYTH PART III: MORE SCENES FROM SERVICE." The content of the evening is made up of six playwrights' interpretations of the prompt "Place a mythological or legendary figure inside a contemporary service industry and play it out." How would your dinner go if your server were Cassandra? Or your support group for urban legends? Or a deity arising from the depths of the internet during your content moderation job? Witness our incredible ensemble of six bring to life these new stories and more in our focused 90-minute evening of new short plays.
Content warning: Portrayal of illness, death, and racial oppression. References to violence and sexual violence.
*Please note that this performance will be presented at the Tank's in-person performance space at 312 W 36th St. All attendees and artists will be required to display proof of full covid vaccination before being admitted to the space, either by showing a vaccination record (vaccination card) at least two weeks out from the final dose of an approved vaccine, or by using New York's free Excelsior Pass service, available here.
