From the food we eat, to the cars we drive (and increasingly drive themselves!), to the medical innovations that save the lives of those we care about, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) shape our everyday lives.  Yet only 14% of the STEM work force are women -- and data does not even exist on trans people. 

Why aren’t women and trans folks entering or staying in a such an important field?  Some people say that women don't like these fields, or that there are no trans people to hire.

But that's not it. What is happening? 

Through devised scenes and non-fictional testimony from +25 engineers, Engineers Not Found explores the experiences of cis women and trans people in STEM to surface issues surrounding bias, sexual harassment, the glass ceiling, and gender parity.
