The time after college is a bit of a limbo, and tight-knit friends Dean, Noah, and Michael are smack dab in the middle of it as they figure out their plans for the future. Will they move out of New Hampshire? Will they move as a group? How will they make a career in acting happen? Opportunity arises in their backyard when New York Playwright Sarah Motz and Director Melissa Stone bring their original piece to stage and workshop in the state it takes place. As Melissa and Sarah try to navigate their newly formed creative relationship, the boys too strain to keep their group together as they anticipate the results of the big audition. The Auditioneers is a comedy that explores how young adults face fractures in their relationships, and the part that emotional vulnerability plays in the struggle.
