Creative Team
Gracie Nash: Gracie Nash is a singer/songwriter based in NYC. Gracie received a master’s degree in songwriting from NYU and has used her talents to create with well-crafted and lushly orchestrated modern vintage pop songs. Her songs perfectly encapsulate her eccentricities, tying together her playfulness and poetic sensibility as a lyricist, her theatrical musicality, and her love of influences such as Billy Joel, the Beatles, Motown, disco, Joni Mitchell, Carol King, and ELO. Gracie has also been a featured singer with the string group Little Kruta, and a featured artist with the New York Nashville Connection. Outside of her artist’s career, Gracie is a private guitar/voice/ukulele/songwriting teacher, and a Teaching Artist with the Metropolitan Opera Guild. Her work with children inspired her to create, produce, and star in her original children series: Miss Tutti And The Fruity Band. The show is a musical sit-com for kids that celebrates individuality, acceptance, and body positivity.

Elizabeth Phillipson-Weiner: Born and raised outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Elizabeth started her musical career as a trombone player. She discovered her passion for storytelling through music while studying at New York University. She has since written the music for numerous short films, web series, ad campaigns, and stage plays. Elizabeth’s music has been played at film festivals worldwide, including the Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner, Frameline, Hollyshorts, Urbanworld Film Festival, and received a nomination for best original score at the 2019 Independent Shorts Awards. Elizabeth’s debut single was used in a fundraising campaign for Cystic Fibrosis research and was performed by two-time Tony nominee Laura Osnes (Grease, Cinderella, Bandstand), Gideon Glick (Spring Awakening, Significant Other), Christy Altomare (Mamma Mia, Anastasia), Javier Muñoz (In The Heights, Hamilton) and Sarah Levy (Netflix’s Schitt’s Creek). Elizabeth released her debut folk album Summer 2019. She maintains an active freelance life as a trombonist, ukulele player, and music educator.
