ABOUT THE ARTIST

Baratunde Thurston is an Emmy-nominated television host who has worked for The Onion, produced for The Daily Show, advised the Obama White House, and cleaned bathrooms to pay for his Harvard education. He co-founded Cultivated Wit and the About Race podcast and wrote the New York Times bestseller How To Be Black. He lives in Crown Heights, serves on the board of the Brooklyn Public Library, and tried to warn yall about Donald Trump. He likes lists.
