About The Show

A theatrical alt. rock concert about connection, heartache, jumping off the edge---and discovering one’s inner strength. With music and lyrics written by lady-screlter Erin Maya and featuring choreography by Valerie Salgado, “Suburban Anxiety” is a live band music experience for anyone who has ever had to start over again. 

Erin Maya leading with vocals, Simon “SiFi” Fishburn on drums, Tristan McCoppin on lead guitar, Jamie Mohamdein on bass, Uton Onyejekwe on rhythm guitar and backup vocals, Brian Stern on piano/sax/arrangements, and choreography by Valerie Salgado with dance performance by Ms. Salgado and ensemble.

About the Artists

Erin Maya is a professional singer...actress....songwriter...and a licensed massage therapist. Because why not? She has performed at venues and theatres all over New York City for years (54 Below, Green Room 42, Signature Theatre, Joe's Pub, The Bitter End, Le Poisson Rouge, The Duplex, etc.) as well as across the country and even on the ocean (Carnival Cruise Lines.) She has worked in professional entertainment bands for seven years, and is now focusing on her own original rock music. Erin and her band recently had their sold-out debut concert at Rockwood Music Hall.
