After the US abruptly shuts its borders to all immigrants and foreign workers, New York transplant June finds herself stranded back in Singapore and having to reopen old wounds with her estranged father.

"Manny Doesn't Like it Here Anymore" is a half hour dark comedy pilot about a A NYC walking tour guide named Manny, who's life takes a turn after becoming obsessed with a downtown cabaret singer working as her boss's receptionist.
