A Patchwork Lana del Rey Jukebox Retelling of The Odyssey how do we get rid of the things
Radical theatremakers MulchHorse, creators of the very serious immersive hit The Somnambulists return for a fun new non-immersive performance: High by the Beach, a brilliant retelling of Homer's The Odyssey patched together using the music of Lana del Rey.
The place: Greece, c. the past AD (okay, listen, we read the book in 8th grade but didn't FULLY reread it for this, okay? It's very long and we have other things to do.) Come see seven groups retell this classic tale of seafaring and marital devotion featuring super legit and totally authorized performances of Lana del Rey's "Video Games", "Summertime Sadness", "Young and Beautiful", and much, much more (but not that much, because there are only seven groups).
Returning MulchHorses in this show include: Collin Knopp-Schwyn, Elizabeth Fetterolf, Lukas Sarnow, Landry Levine, Talia Feldberg, and Patrick Dunning. Mounting the MulchHorse for the first time are Kev Berry, Kelsey Greenway, Anthony Dean, Max Lutton, Ezra Brain, and more!
