RULE OF is an ongoing series that premieres 7 brand-new 10 minute plays by 7 different writers. For each show, every playwright comes up with one rule, then the 7 playwrights create new plays using all 7 rules.

THE RULES:

RULE #1 | Amanda's Rule | Franklin.

RULE #2 | Layla's Rule | "Please don't look at me like that." (Exact quote must be included somewhere in the piece.)

RULE #3 | Alex's Rule | Someone tries to "boop" someone. It's either awkward or endearing.

RULE #4 | Alessandro's Rule | Someone unconsciously quotes a song lyric. No one notices.

RULE #5 | Ryan's Rule | Selena (not Gomez, but can involve J.Lo as Selena).

RULE #6 | Ted's Rule | Rainbow.

RULE #7 | Donaldo's Rule | At some point, Truth or Dare is played.
