How do I win?

Download the App, Complete the Hunts Anywhere, Score High, Win.

Do I need an iPhone to play?

Yes, or a friends! You will need an iPhone (or friends iPhone) to enter and you must download and install IOS 14 HERE. All players must download the Scavengar App HERE.
iPhone XR, 11, 11 Pro, SE, & 12 can play the full hunt on-location or at any nearby open space.
iPhone 6s Plus, SE, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, & X can play an alternate hunt on-location or at any nearby park

Do I need to do anything before I leave to do the hunt?

FULLY charge your phone before you begin, and bring a portable charger if you have one.

Dress Warm + Wear comfortable shoes (You be walking a mile, some of which is uphill)

I can’t go to the Hunt locations. Can I still play?

Yes! You can play on the Mañanaland Playspace at the Hunt Location OR your nearby park!

What do I do when I show up to the Hunt Location?

When you have arrived, look for a LARGE POSTER with a starting reference marker. Please note that the game must be played during daylight hours only.
At location, follow the directions on the poster for your iPhone.
All iPhones XR and above will open Scavengar and hit “DISCOVER HUNTS” OR scan first marker, then select “MAP”)

My checkpoints keep drifting. What do I do?

When playing, the AR objects might sometimes appear in an unsafe location until closer. If you are as close to the object as possible and it is out of reach, use your finger to move objects through space on screen OR press down on the object and move your whole phone. See example below.
