You are invited to QUARANNIVERSARY to commemorate the one year anniversary of the NYC theatre shutting down irl. The night consists of the premiere of Alton Alburo’s 2020 ZOOM Trilogy, three short films recorded in front of a virtual audience in March, June, & December 2020 respectively, followed by a simultaneous IG Live and Zoom party. Using the digital spaces we’ve been forced to inhabit over the past year, all are welcome to come together, reflect, and celebrate the resilience of art in the face of bleak uncertainty. 2020 ZOOM Trilogy is written and directed by Alton Alburo [@altonalburo], starring Matthew Bovee [@mattyboves], JJ Bozeman [@jjbozeman], Brendan Germain [@brendan.germain], Starr Kirkland [@starr_kirkland] Ryan Szelong [@ecszemama], & Jose Useche [@soyjoseuseche], with puppetry & animation by Chris Ignacio [@chrisiggie], featuring music by baby chemist [@babychemist] & OHYUNG [@ohyungli].
