Written and performed by Nelson Lugo and directed by Joel Jeske, “Cheating Death: Magic, Memoirs & Mortality” is a dark comedy that explores one magician’s life and his many brushes with death. Cheating Death is a hybrid theater piece that challenges the boundaries between personal storytelling and classical stage magic.
The result is an intimate celebration of life and all of its varied deaths.
The show runs 75 mins and will be playing on Sept. 5, 6, 11, & 12 at 7PM at The Tank Theater, 312 W. 36th Street
